The Power Cage features an 800 lbs weight capacity, constructed with a durable 2-inch by 2-inch tubular steel frame that provides incredible strength. This large walk-in space allows for easy side-to-side movement during workouts.

The cage comes equipped with two sets of safety bars - two 23-inch long chrome dual-mounted bars and two 3.25-inch long chrome lock-on bars. These safety bars are compatible with 7-foot Olympic bars and can handle up to 800 lbs per pair, with 19 adjustable height levels to accommodate a variety of exercises, including squats, shrugs, chin-ups/pull-ups, incline/decline bench presses, and other strength-training activities.

At the rear of the Power Cage, two stability bars have been added to provide a solid foundation during strength-training exercises. The purchase includes one Fitness Reality LAT Pull-Down attachment, designed to work seamlessly with the Super Max Power Cage.

It's important to note that the Power Cage, Olympic bar, and weight plates are not included in the purchase and must be acquired separately. Additionally, 2-inch Olympic plates require the use of Olympic adapter sleeves, which are also not included.

The weight plate capacity of the cage is 270 lbs, and the safety bars are compatible with 7-foot Olympic bars. The included LAT Pull-Down attachment features high and low row pulley systems, utilizing a high-tensile strength nylon-coated cable and a smooth-gliding 2-inch by 2-inch chrome guide rail.

This attachment allows you to build muscles in your upper back, shoulders, and arms (biceps and triceps) through a variety of exercises, such as Wide Lat Pull-down, Lat Pull Over, and Triceps Extensions. The ball-bearing pulley systems provide a seamless, smooth operation.

The extended lower rear cross-bar provides extra space for accommodating benches and footrests for seated row exercises. The cage also includes two 1-inch spring clip collars and a 6.5-inch long weight plate storage post.

When the LAT Pull-Down attachment is connected to the Power Cage, the overall dimensions are 68 inches in depth, 46 inches in width, and 83.25 inches in height. Please refer to the provided image for visual reference.
